Head of Branches
Lead the expansion and operation of our branch network across the United States.
Anytime Capital operates a growing network of branch locations where consumers and businesses handle banking, payments and digital assets in person. The Head of Branches leads the expansion of that network end to end — from market selection and site readiness through opening, staffing and ongoing operations.
This position is responsible for the branch expansion plan: which markets we enter, in what order and on what timeline. For each new location, the role manages the launch, recruits and trains the team that runs it, and oversees performance once the branch is open. The role carries P&L responsibility for branch operations across the network.
Our branches operate from professionally managed office space rather than long-term commercial leases, which keeps launch timelines short. The role involves significant travel to current and prospective branch markets and reports directly to the founders.
This role is open to candidates anywhere in the US. You will work out of the Anytime Capital branch local to you — and remotely if we have not opened one in your city yet.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the branch expansion plan, including market selection, sequencing and launch timelines
- Manage each new branch launch end to end: location readiness, systems, staffing and opening
- Recruit, hire and train the team at each location
- Oversee branch financial performance, including revenue, operating costs and profitability by location
- Manage and develop branch employees across the network
- Establish standardized operating procedures so each launch is faster and more consistent than the last
- Partner with the compliance team so every location opens and operates in line with regulatory requirements
- Report on branch performance and expansion progress to the founders
What we're looking for
- 5+ years leading multi-site operations or new-location expansion for a retail, financial services or franchise organization
- Direct experience opening new locations, from site preparation through launch
- Prior P&L or budget accountability for one or more locations
- Experience hiring and managing teams across multiple cities
- Willingness to travel extensively, particularly during launch periods
- Ability to pass a background check, including fingerprinting where required by state regulation
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, money services or another regulated financial environment
- Familiarity with state money transmitter licensing
- Experience building operating playbooks or launch processes adopted across an organization
